At Numbskull, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused sports equipment and apparel. If your purchase doesn't help you push your limits, we'll make it right with a seamless exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact.

  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
